PVAMU: PVAMU form used when it is necessary to obtain an account/fund number for an extramurally funded project prior to receipt of the actual award from the sponsor. When appropriate, a RAS form is also completed to request authorization for pre-award spending for a period of no more than 90 days before the actual start date of the award.
