Utah: The percentage of full-time employment. For hourly paid personnel, the FTE is used in the generation of time reports to calculate the number of hours to assign on the report. For salaried personnel, it is not used for hours calculation but rather just to show a general distribution of time and effort that equates to the distribution of cost.
