Cal: Any natural person who is not a lawful permanent resident or who is not a protected individual (granted asylum, refugee or amnesty status);

A foreign natural person is also referred to as a Foreign National.

It also means any foreign corporation, business association, partnership, trust, society or any other entity or group not incorporated or organized to do business in the U.S.Foreign governments and international organizations. (See part 120.16 of the ITAR.)

A Foreign Person also includes any U.S. Person representing a foreign entity

FAU-B Any person who is not a citizen or Permanent Resident Alien of the U.S. Examples of foreign persons are students, post-doctoral scholars, or research staff in F-1 or J-1 status, and Florida Atlantic University foreign national employees in H1-B status. A foreign person also means any foreign corporation, business association, partnership, or any other entity or group that is not incorporated to do business in the United States.

PSU: The term Foreign National/Person means a person (natural person as well as a corporation, business association, partnership, society, trust, or any other entity, organization, or group, including government entities) who is not a lawful permanent resident of the U.S., i.e. has not been lawfully accorded the privilege of residing permanently in the United States as an immigrant in accordance with the immigration laws or who is not a protected individual. (A Foreign National/Person is a person that has not been issued a “green card” by the U.S. government, or who possesses only a student visa.)
