Consulting Agreements

Ucsf: Personal agreements between faculty members and a company to commit the faculty member to the company to perform specified functions. Currently at UCSF, there are two websites that faculty should refer to prior to entering into a consulting agreement: Academic Affairs' Faculty Consulting Activities  and Academic Affairs' UCSF School of Medicine - Guide to Faculty Consulting Agreements.  Faculty need to have their own personal attorney review the consulting agreement prior to executing it. These agreements are not accounted for in RAS.
