Stanford: iJournal template which allows originator to post expenses to PTAs without routing because the originator has already obtained approval for charges. iJournals will accept manual input or an upload of a formatted text file. Pre-approval can be obtained by SU-13 forms, emails from authorized approver of PTA, or signed invoices from the authorized approver.
