Stanford: Service centers which provide services to the entire university community must recover all costs, including the costs of utilities, operation and maintenance, and equipment depreciation. Examples of administrative centers are the University ITSS – Data Center and Communications, Operations and Maintenance Facilities, and Utilities. Annual year end break even maximum is within +/- 5%.
