Non disclosure agreement

Contractual legal obligations agreed between or amongst two or more parties in which some or all of the parties agree that certain types of information that pass from one party to the other in the course of their discussions or that are created by one or more of the parties during the discussions will remain confidential and the parties agree not to disclose such confidential information to other external parties who is/are not part of the discussions. Sometimes this type of agreement is also called a confidential disclosure agreement (CDA).
