Eligibility criteria

The conditions which a proposal must fulfill, if it is to be retained for evaluation. The eligibility criteria are described on the Horizon 2020 call or topic page and in the respective Work Programmes of the European Commission. The Criteria are used to determine whether a proposal meets the requirements to become eligible for European Union grant.
