Project proposals for Horizon 2020 calls are prepared and submitted electronically via the Participant Portal by the coordinator of the project consortium. The electronic submission service is accessed by selectingan open topic in the Participant Portal call service at http://ec.europa.eu/research/participants/portal/desktop/en/opportunities/h2020/search/search_topics.html.
