Consortium Agreement

A Consortium Agreement is an internal agreement between members of a consortium establishing their rights and obligations with respect to the implementation of the action in compliance with the grant agreement. It is used to record the legal relationship between partners involved in the same project. The funder is not usually a partner to such agreements.
