Collaborator

A collaborator is a legal entity which is a party to a major multipartner research project. Collaborators may be jointly responsible for the performance of the project with all other Collaborators. Collaborators tend to be parties to Consortium agreements. A Collaborator should be distinguished from a Sub-contractor.
