Collaboration Agreement

This is an agreement used to record the legal relationship between partners involved in the same project. The funder is not usually a party to the contract and tends to have a contract for funding with one of the partners (often known as the Coordinator). This agreement may also be known as a Multi-Institutional Agreement (for example, in Australia) or a Consortium Agreement (Europe).
